We use SMSA Express (SMSA BH) for all deliveries. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Local shipping typically takes 2 to 3 working days.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability.
1.2. Delivery Conditions
- SMSA follows strict protocols for fragile or high-value items.
- Delivery delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage immediately.
1.3. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective item
Conditions for return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Include the original order confirmation/receipt
1.4. How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping label or schedule pickup via SMSA.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
1.5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover all return shipping fees.
- If the return is customer-initiated (change of mind), the customer bears the shipping cost.
