We use SMSA Express (SMSA BH) for all deliveries. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Local shipping typically takes 2 to 3 working days.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability.

1.2. Delivery Conditions

  • SMSA follows strict protocols for fragile or high-value items.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage immediately.

1.3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective item

Conditions for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include the original order confirmation/receipt

1.4. How to Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label or schedule pickup via SMSA.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

1.5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover all return shipping fees.
    • If the return is customer-initiated (change of mind), the customer bears the shipping cost.

1.6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
